Simple test program showing the bug

When passing the following format string to DateTime.ParseExact it fails with a "system.formatexception":

"yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.FFF'Z'"

Doing the same on .net does not result in failures. Tested with .net 3.5 on windows server 2008R2

im working in these bug and actually the mono code had a comment that it does not support .FFF but before to check that part of the code a exception occured. im going doing well.
