Description of Problem:
Bugs when drag-n-dropping classes between folders

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make a new class via IB
2. Try to drag-and-drop it to another folder via MonoDevelop
3. Return to IB and then again to MD
4. Find out that a new class is being created in the root folder
