Description Allie Miller 2013-01-23 11:24:51 UTC
The emulator works only with one of the devices in the list of available emulators.

When creating several emulators, Only one of them starts up. The rest do not. Attached is screen shot of the emulator image choices when I click “start emulator image”.

Nothing happens after I make the selection; the Select Device prompt is empty.

The Android Debug log attached only records information only for the device that is available in the select list. I have attached the debug log of one device that is available for debugging. The issue is that nothing is recorded for the devices that do not become available for debugging (not in the device select list).

I'm not sure I understand the issue. It could be that after launching the emulator the user needs to wait longer and click the Select Device dialog's Refresh link to see it.

Alternatively there's some error when attempting to launch the emulator (e.g. the .avd directory was nuked), and we need to better display that error to the user.

I have checked this issue with the latest stable build XVS 3.11.666. Now select device pop window is removed and we can select the devices from dropdown.

Hence closing this issue.
