In the following code, use the context action to inline o:

object a = null;
object o = a ?? new object ();
o.ToString ();

and you will end up with broken code:

object a = null;
a ?? new object ().ToString ();

But you should actually get:

object a = null;
(a ?? new object ()).ToString ();
