Might be more of just a papercut, but it should also be fairly trivial to implement.

Today we have checked this feature on following builds

All Windows
VS 2012/2010
iOS for VS 1.3.227


We have observed that when no build server is available in CONNECT TO BUILD HOST window then 'Diagnose' button appears as disable. This is the screencast for the same: http://screencast.com/t/cwbyVnAtr
