Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the MonoDevelop.
2. Create a solution.
3. Open AppDelegate.cs file.
4. Change debugger mode to iPhone.
5. See the code gets changed.
6. Now change debugger mode to iPhoneSimulator
7. See code does not change.

Actual result:
Code does not change when user change debugger mode from iPhone to iPhoneSimulator.

Expected result:
Code should changed when user change debugger mode from iPhone to iPhoneSimulator.

By default all comments are displayed in the 'collapsed' state when the file is opened. When you modify the selection these regions get expanded and become visible. There's no actual change in the code though. This is a texteditor issue, but only a cosmetic one.

Mike, just in case the previous comment wasn't clear enough: The bug is that changing the active configuration results in all collapsed comments being expanded. It's not a huge thing, but it is a little weird ;)

This issue is fixed and verified for the latest installers, i.e.

MonoDevelop 2.8.5
MonoTouch 5.0.4 

Hence, closing this issue.
