Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MonoDeveloper interface.
2. Click on "Start a New Solution" link.
3. Select C#> MonoTouch> iPhone from the left hand panel.
4. Select "MonoTouch Single View Application-iPhone" from the center pane.
5. Provide a name and click on "Forward" button.
6. Click on "OK" button.
7. Build the project.
8. RUN the project.
9. See emulator gets launched and fatal error message is displayed in MonoDevelop console.

Fatal error message should not be displayed on MonoDevelop console.

Projects created with a space in their name are unsupported and will cause all sorts of issues. MonoDevelop has been modified to not allow you to create these projects anymore.
As this bug is duplicate of bug 933.
And bug 933 is closed. Hence closing this issue.
