C# Code being using to reproduce issue.

Using Visual Studio 2010, C#, and a Mono.Data.Sqlite.SqliteCommand (Ref Assembly: 'Mono.Data.Sqllite.dll' File Version: 2.0.5.0) Create a table using a sql statement that contains duplicate column names.

Sql Statement: "CREATE TABLE STOREDDATA (DuplicateName INTEGER, ModifiedDate datetime, DuplicateName INTEGER);"

Results: No results returned. No exception thrown. Any code below the ExecuteNonQuery() is skipped, including Exception handler.

Expected: SqliteException to be thrown.
