When we bind Google Maps V2 API, it will raise an error, saying that the app needs <meta-data> element in <application> element:
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: API key not found. Check that <meta-data android:name="com.google.android.maps.v2.API_KEY" android:value="your API key"/> is in the <application> element of AndroidManifest.xml
However, <meta-data> element from MetaDataAttribute is not supported for <application>. It is generated on e.g. <activity> (when we put the attribute on Activity class).
So far we can manually edit AndroidManifest.xml to specify it.
