RESOLVED FIXED

Description Martin Baulig 2012-11-21 11:37:47 UTC
When passing a delegate to native code, the generator currently frees the delegate pointer at the end of the method. This is a problem for async callback functions, for instance NSWorkspace.CleanupsUrls().

See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13453957/monomac-nsworkspace-recycleurls-vs-recycleurlscompletionhandler/.

Martin,

Is this really a bug?

I just checked the posting on stackoverflow, and it looks like the bug was elsewhere?
Comment 2 Rodrigo Kumpera 2013-05-15 13:31:17 UTC
Why would it be a problem?

I can't see why it would be a problem for async and not for everything else.
Comment 3 Timothy Risi 2015-02-17 16:55:45 UTC
Async callbacks should be working correctly
