How to reproduce:

Enter code like this (a couple custom objects)

LocationAnnotation ann = new LocationAnnotation 
    (new LocationEntity (dealer.Latitude, dealer.Longitude) {
       Title = dealer.Name,
       Description = dealer.Street + ", " + dealer.City
});


Click "Title" then press COMMAND+D for declaration.
The Assembly Browser appears (strangely)
THEN close the Assembly Browser and the follow error appears every time.
