Only used Mono Develop for iPhone and MonoTouch, so not sure which component is involved.
The bug occurs after having done a build and deployment for Release mode. When going back to Debug mode the builder does not seem to detect file changes anymore, and in fact the latest debug build that was made _before_ going to release is deployed again when doing a new build. Performing a Clean All sorts this out of course, but it can waste a lot of time for people thinking they are testing updated code only to discover that it's still the old build running.

Fixed in current release.
