Description Saurabh 2012-10-12 01:43:25 UTC
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open Visual Studio 2010/2012.
2. Create or open any project.
3. Right click on Project.
4. Select 'Add'

Actual result: When user right click on Project under solution and select 'Add', 'Add existing folder' link does not appear.

Expected result: 'Add Existing Folder' link should appear under 'Add' link so that user can add existing folder to project.

Environment details:
MD 3.0.4.8 - dd8226e1e8746c66c55fff3292bcca499e5f7d25
MFA 4.2.8 - 2f58891ecd85bf935b986901670b9455802b4499
Visual Studio 2010/ Visual Studio 2012

Regression Status:
NOT A REGRESSION: This is also happening with MFA 4.2.6 Stable.

Yeah in VS there is just the Add Existing Item option, which doesn't allow you to select folders.

You can drag and drop folders into the solution, but I'm not sure you can do it from the right click menu.

I'll put this as an enhancement for now.

This is not on roadmap.
