Adding INotifyPropertyChanged to a class and using the refactoring to implement the interface produces

#region INotifyPropertyChanged implementation

public event PropertyChangedEventHandler ;

#endregion

instead, it should be

#region INotifyPropertyChanged implementation

public event PropertyChangedEventHandler PropertyChanged;

#endregion
