Solution with one file which makes MonoDevelop crash.

Hello,

MonoDevelop crashes (NullReferenceException) when trying to create an implicit operator overload on a templated struct. I experienced this trouble on a Portable Library project.

I have attached a solution with one file. Just open the solution and then open the Test.cs file. Click anywhere on the file will make the exception to be thrown and MonoDevelop will stop. Creating a new solution with this content will not make MonoDevelop crashes instantly, it needs some play with the editor.

I forgot to specify the version : 3.0.4.7 on OS X Mountain Lion.

Already fixed - I hope we can release soon.
