Steps to duplicate:
1. Open an M4A project in VS2012.
2. Switch to Release mode
3. Select Tools...Publish Android Application
4. Go to select the keystore to use for the build
5. Notice that when the Open File Dialog pop up, that there is the text "openFileDialog1" being displayed as the default filename (see attached).
I suspect that no text should be displayed in the text box.
I can confirm this behaviour. It looks like OpenFileDialog was used instead of SaveFileDialog
Possibly duplicate/similar to 4603 (but different platform).
In addition to it showing this, instead of a sane filename, or being blank. It is also an open dialog, when this is required to create the key store, you have to manually enter the path, because the file does not exist and you cannot open it.
Xamarin.Android should switch between an open and save dialog, depending on which action is selected during publish (Create keystore or use keystore).
If this is not related I will open a new bug.
