Creating a file with file name starting with number
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open MonoDevelop.
2. In MonoDevelop Welcome screen, expand "File" menu at the menu bar.
3. Click on "File" option under "New" dropdown menu.
4. Select "Mono for Anoroid" option under C#.
5. Select "Class" option and enter name start with the number.
6. Click on "New" button.
7. See new file created which first character automatically converted into the underscore.
Actual Result: First character of filename automatically converted into the underscore if the file name starts with number.

Expected Result: First character of filename should not get converted into the underscore if start with number.

As designed, C# class names can't begin with a number.
