open /mono/mcs/mcs.csproj and make project change MD make many unnecessary changes.

Perhaps we can handle just the easy ones, like "Visible".

MD is consistent, and this is consistent with VS, so it only affects manually edited files, once per file.

Yeah I think we need more specific examples where this actually causes roundtripping problems for XS/VS.
