Description of Problem:
When creating an Android Fragment file via the new file dialog, the created Fragment class contains an OnCreate() method. It would be better to add a OnCreateView() method instead, since this is the entry point for a Fragment in its lifecycle.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create Android Fragment via the new file dialog
The created Fragment class contains an OnCreate() method.
The created Fragment class contains an OnCreateView() method.
How often does this happen?
Using MonoDroid 22.214.171.124234518 with MonoDevelop 126.96.36.199.
