The "split declaration and assignment" command should convert var to explicit type.

For example, it currently converts:

var i = 5;

to the following uncompilable code:

var i;
i = 5;

Instead it should convert it to

int i;
i = 5;

I always wanted to fix that.
For some reason I did, but commented out that code (from the looks I would say it was an API change). More strangely I had a unit test checking the wrong behaviour.

Anyways it's fixed now and the test is adjusted :)
