Debugger crashes with 
   Exception in callback: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException:
   Exception has been thrown by target of an invocation. --->
   System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
     at System.RuntimeType.MakeArrayType(Int32 rank)
   ........

Solution to reproduce included in Fail.zip attachment
  Note: the debugger must step into functions Fails or AlsoFails for this behavior to occur.

Fixed and will be included in future releases. :D
