I have created mobile app for Android and iPhone and submitted my app in Google Play Store and Apple Store. The app works just fine in Android, but it keeps crash on startup on iPhone iOS 11 and above. Before submit, I test on iPhone6 Plus OS 11.2 and it works just fine, but when it come to the Apple review team the app always crash. This is the 4th times Apple Store rejected my app binary after review, saying that it crash on startup.
The 1st time Apple Store rejected, it says that app startup crash on iOS 11 but I manage to fix it. Then 2nd time rejected, it says that app startup crash on iOS 11.1 but I also manage to fix it. Then 3rd time rejected, it says that app startup crash on iOS 11.1.1. Feeling hopeless I create a totally new record in Apple Store, update my app and submit new binary file. And now the 4th time rejected, it says that app startup crash on iOS 11.2, but I test on my physical device OS 11.2 it works fine.
I don't know either this is Xamarin bug or Apple Store bug. Actually I had shared this in Xamarin Forums and Stackoverflow, but didn't find an answer. Found out that there are also developers faced the same problem. So I file a bug here in hope that I can find an answer.
Thank you for your submission. At this time, all new reports should be made on the Xamarin.Forms GitHub Issues repository. Please resubmit this report at https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/issues. This Bugzilla report will now be closed and will not be monitored.
The bugs in iOS 11 have been pretty embarrassing so far. The calculator being straight up wrong if you enter digits too quickly is my favorite and it’s still not fixed. lol Get all latest apps for free on Tutuapp (https://iappsbuzz.com/tutuapp-download/).
