Previous version working w/ current version reproduction
When using a Style to set an object property with x:Static, the property is never set.
#### Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Style with a Setter using x:Static
2. Apply the Style to the desired control
#### Actual Results:
The property is never set and remains null
#### Expected Results:
The property is set to the static value specified in the Style
#### Build Date & Hardware:
Xamarin.Forms 188.8.131.52934 on Windows 10 Enterprise 1703
#### Additional Information:
This was working fine in previous versions of Xamarin Forms. I have included a working example using 184.108.40.2060 with roughly the same code as the reproduction.
