## Overview

After editing a storyboard and reopening it an Xcode is too new error is shown. 

## Steps to Reproduce

1. File > New Solution > Single View iOS App
2. Open Main.storyboard
3. Drag a View Controler into the storyboard and save the file.
4. Close the storyboard file. 
5. Reopen Main.storyboard

## Actual Results

A error is shown:

This file has been edited in a version of Xcode which is unsupported by the designer. Documents saved in Xcode 9.2 format, or older, are supported.

## Expected Results

No error. Should open successfully.
