Description James Bellinger 2012-07-09 12:09:24 UTC
When using NUnit on the full corlib test DLL, about 600 tests in, a message box pops up saying "Too many root sets" GC fatal error. No further tests appear to be run and it freezes using one CPU core's worth of processor until I End Task it.

This also occurs in System and System.Core.
For whatever reason it does not occur in Managed.Windows.Forms.

This is not critical, just means when testing on Windows I have to run my own tests by themselves, as the full test suite cannot finish in NUnit. I do wonder if this is a larger issue than NUnit though?

Command line args to Mono are:
 --debug --runtime=v4.0 nunit-console.exe [library]
(--debug makes no difference to the result.)

Boehm is deprecated and sgen is the GC to be used.

This issue doesn't happen with sgen.
