minimal reproducible

I need to add a 2x (200%) icon to a button in my business app.
It works in Android (drawable-xxhdpi folder) and iOS (new asset image - 2x) but not at all in UWP.
The image is simply over-scaled.

What version of Windows/VS are you on? I'm attaching a screenshot of what I see when I run the app at 200% scaling.

Version info

FYI I have two monitors: primary 200% 4K and secondary 100% FHD.
Maybe try to logoff/on your windows user after scaling set to 200%.
