Can you provide more information about your setup (installed VS versions, Forms versions, etc.) and if doing a full clean and rebuild helps the issue? Does this occur with only that particular solution's project, or any new solution?

Closing as no response has been provided. Please reopen with the requested information and a reproduction if possible if the issue still occurs as of the latest 2.5.0 stable build of Forms.
