Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Create MonoForAndroid application.

Actual result:
Activity1.cs file not opened by default in main window of MD after creating MFA application.

Expected result:
Activity1.cs file should open by default in main window of MD after creating MFA application.

Environment:
Mac 10.7.3
Mac 10.6.8
Windows 7 (32 bit) Windows 7 (64 bit)
Windows 8 (64 bit) and (32 bit)
MD 3.0.3.3 RC3 
MFA 4.2.4 RC2

Note: On both windows' Visual studio 2010 and 2012, Issue does not exists.

Regression status:
NOT A REGRESSION: This is also happening with MD 3.0.3.2 and MFA 4.2.3

Today with the latest build:

MFA 4.5.219.194342433
MD 4.0 - 6ef5e534e508793cdf995cfd32336608fd041bf1 (Windows)
MD 4.0 - 6972ca2750f39c5ed0ef7328a98d47ffb373dea9 (Mac)

This issue is not appearing.
