Here we honor MONO_ENV_OPTIONS

It would be grand if mmp could accept a number of options that we also honor here.

We can just have the launcher code write out something roughly this:


if (has MONO_ENV_OPTIONS)
    setenv (CURRENT_MONO_ENV_OPTIONS + " " + custom stuff)
else
   setrenv (custom stuff)
