*Description:

When creating a new Configuration via the Configuration Manager and adding a space between words for the name, The Android properties of an application cannot be checked or altered.

*Reproduction:

1. File -> New Android App
2. Use the Solution Configuration dropdown to select "Configuration Manager"
3. In the Active solution configuration dropdown select "<New>"
4. Name the new configuration as something with a space: EX "Test Config"
5. Set the Solution Configuration to "Test Config" on your project. 
6. Right Click your Android project and go to Properties
7. Attempt to check any properties such as Proguard, Multidex, etc and notice that they will not check.

*Expected Behavior:

Android Properties should be able to be selected/checked.

*Actual Behavior:

Android Properties are not able to be selected/checked.

*Happens in VS4Mac?:

No this is self-contained to Visual Studio for Windows only

*Version Information:

Happens in 15.2 and 15.3

This bug does not seem to be fixed in 15.3. It is however fixed in 15.4. For those running into this issue, please update to the 15.4 preview or rename your configuration to a non-space name.

This bug is been Fixed. 

Verified on the VS 2017 d15-5 Preview 4 build.
