Description Joseph Hill 2011-08-31 23:40:23 UTC
'Format selection' and 'format document' should format it to the C# formatting settings of the project

For example, i have configured a if like:
if(x)
{

}

formatting gives me:
if(x) {

}

MonoDevelop: 2.8 Alpha 2
Runtime: Mono 2.10.2 (2.10.2/ce3b0b7 Thu Jul 28 12:23:44 CEST 2011)
Operating System: Linux (Unix 2.6.38.10)
Distributor: Xamarin

Works for me - it's the policy service subsystem and I don't see a use case where it doesn't work.

1) Ensure that the file belongs to the project.
2) Have you really set the project level formatting ?

(btw. can you try with monodevelop master ?)

Works for me.

Closing, asking for a use case project.
