Given the following code

```
using System;
using System.Linq.Expressions;

class MainClass
{
    public static void Main(string[] args)
    {
        int? two = 2; 
        var e = Expression.Convert(Expression.Constant(two), typeof(int?));
        Console.WriteLine(e);
    }
}
```

Mono 4.8.0.334 (and Windows) prints `Convert(2)`, while Mono 5.0.0.34 (and later versions) print `Convert(2, Nullable`1)`

This was discovered while running the F# test suite https://github.com/fsharp/fsharp/issues/745
