There are two blank lines at end of the core class templates.

The templates are not c# specific.

Btw. I vote for removing CodeDom templates. The CodeDom templates are harder to maintain than text templates (we had many issues with them in the past). And new languages often don't have a CodeDom provider.

CodeDom is a dead technology - it hasn't been updated for years and will be replaced by Roslyn in the Microsoft world.

7.1 beta only has a single blank line at the end of the template. Also, we've long since moved to roslyn :)
