DatePicker screenshot on Windows

Setting the Format property on DatePicker changes the presentation of the selected date in iOS and Android. However, on Windows it's always the same.
My XAML:
<DatePicker VerticalOptions="Center" HorizontalOptions="Start" Format="yyyy-MM-dd"/>

Setting to confirmed until further investigation; also checked against the latest 2.3.6 nightly.

This looks to be a likely duplicate of 53068 which also includes the TimePicker, so I'll set this as a duplicate and update the other one.
