Description Mikayla Hutchinson [MSFT] 2012-06-15 19:43:19 UTC
The assembly browser should hide [CompilerGenerated] backing fields for auto properties, since it decompiles the auto properties correctly.
Comment 1 Mike Krüger 2012-06-18 01:35:14 UTC
Stuff like that can be important to have.
Comment 2 Mikayla Hutchinson [MSFT] 2012-06-18 12:06:35 UTC
Then maybe we need a view option for this.

They're meaningless ATM - no property actually refers to them, since the decompiler hides it.
Comment 3 Mike Krüger 2012-06-19 00:21:32 UTC
y, but it can be important for people who write compilers.
Comment 4 Mikayla Hutchinson [MSFT] 2012-06-19 00:38:53 UTC
Well, sure, but that's 0.001% of the people who use the assembly browser. For everyone else it's noise :)
