-When application launches on the device and gets terminated then Debug mode doesn't get close automatically
Test to Reproduce
1-Create any single view iOS application
2-Dont add any PRovisioning profile and Bundle signing
3-Launch app in debug mode
-The Application gets terminated but the debug mode doesn't gets close.
-As the app gets terminated , Debug mode should be closed too.
Issue is reproducible on the latest build

The debug mode does not stops automatically when Application is getting crash.
Can you clarify how to reproduce this without provisioning? I am not able to deploy to a device without code-signing.

I have added the Sample App to reproduce the issue
1-Deploy Sample app to any simulator/Device
2-Click on Button 3
3-Application will get crash and that time observe the Debug Mode
Changing Status to New
Changing Status to CONFIRMED since it was confirmed above by @Gaurav
