Android SDK Tools 25.2.5 Are not getting installed in SDK manager

Precondition: Android SDK Tools 26.0.2 Installed
1. Open SDK manager
2. Navigate to Tools pane
3. Check Radio Button in front of Android SDK Tools 25.2.5
4. Accept License Agreement
5. Observe Tools get Installed
6. Close SDK Manager and Reopen it through VSfM
7. Observe SDK Tools are not displayed as Installed
Expected Result: Selected SDK tools should get installed.
Actual Result: Selected SDK Tools are not getting installed.

This bug is verified on Build : Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 for Mac Version 7.0.1 (build 19) and Found to be Fixed. Hence Marking this bug as Verified.
