Sample project

Newly created default Android app crashes in Google Emulator when Use Fast Deployment is checked.
If you uncheck it and reinstall to emulator everything works fine. Sample to repro is attached.

Verified on Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise, Xamarin.Android 7.3.1.2.

This seems to be related to older emulator system images -- as a workaround, can you try a later system image? For example, if I compile/run ToDelete on Nexus 5, Android 6.0/API 23, I can deploy the ToDelete sample app without crashing (with Fast Deployment checked).
