IsClippedToBounds does not work on XF/Android.
Tested on XF 2.3.3 and XF 2.3.4-pre6.
I attach a sample project and screenshot here.

I am able to reproduce this issue using the attached project on Android. The repro project uses an AbsoluteLayout to contain the Boxview, however I also saw the issue when using a StackLayout instead.
I ran the project on an Android 4.4, 5.0, and 6.0 emulator and 6.0 device; all experienced the issue. This does not occur on iOS.
This does not appear to be a regression as I could also reproduce with Forms 22.214.171.124.
