### Overview
Trying to build a project that uses an AttachedProperty and has XamlC enabled will fail with:

> Missing a public static GetKeyboardFlags or a public instance property getter for the attached property

This appears to be a regression starting in 2.3.4-pre1.

Starting with Forms 2.3.4, AttachedProperties are now compiled when XamlC is enabled so this requires that a public getter and setter are actually defined: https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/xamarin-forms/xaml/attached-properties/#Creating_Accessors
