Description Brian Erickson 2017-03-27 15:36:08 UTC
My Android hardware is a Samsung S7 Edge.

Works fine on UWP but can't test on IOS

   <ScrollView Padding="10, 100, 10, 0">
      <ScrollView.GestureRecognizers>
         <TapGestureRecognizer Tapped="onTap" />
      </ScrollView.GestureRecognizers>
      <Label x:Name="myLabel"  Text="Welcome to Xamarin Forms!"
         VerticalOptions="Center"
         HorizontalOptions="Center">
      </Label>
   </ScrollView>

Sample project attached...

I am able to reproduce this using the attached project. This is only occurring on Android and also happens when not using XAML. I am confirming the report so the team can investigate further.
