BAD Screenshot of Cross-Platform default selection for "Add New Item" in Cycle 8
[Cycle 8] "Add > Class" and "Add > New Item" solution context menu commands for iOS projects direct user to "Cross-Platform" templates rather than expected C# and iOS templates
Affected: VS 2013, VS 2015
Not affected: VS 2017
After the dialog opens, manually navigate to the "Apple > Code > Class" item.
## Steps followed to test
1. Create a new "Visual C# > iOS > iPhone > Single View App (iPhone)" project.
2. Right-click the project name in the Solution Explorer and select "Add > Class".
## BAD Results in XamarinVS 220.127.116.11
The "Forms Xaml Page" template within the "Cross-Platform" menu section is the active selection in the dialog.
(On 18.104.22.1684, the selected template is instead "Forms Blank Content Page Xaml", but still within the "Cross-Platform" section.)
## GOOD Results in XamarinVS 22.214.171.124
The "Class" template within the "Apple" menu section is the active selection in the dialog.
## Regression status: regression caused by the introduction of the new "Cross-Platform" section starting in Cycle 8
GOOD: XamarinVS 126.96.36.1994 (73f58d6) + VS 2017
BAD: XamarinVS 188.8.131.524 (73f58d6) + VS 2015 Update 3
BAD: XamarinVS 184.108.40.206 (00fa5cc) + VS 2015 Update 3
BAD: XamarinVS 220.127.116.110 (c4382f5) + VS 2016 Update 3
GOOD: XamarinVS 18.104.22.168 (fcbe082) + VS 2015 Update 3
Note that the "Cross-Platform" section was first introduced between 4.1.2 and 4.2.0. The section _is_ present in VS 2017, but the behavior is _as desired_ in VS 2017.
Xamarin.Android projects also demonstrate the desired behavior, so this issue appears to be specific to Xamarin.iOS projects.
