The correct cell rendering

Since 2.3.4 I have cells where the rowheight is applied, the contents of cell itself however get the default height of an ios cell assigned. The disclosure indicator is also centered based on that default ios cell height. It's best shown byt he two attached screenshots.

I'm working on creating a reproduction in a small app. for now the two screenshots comparing 2.3.3 rendering and 2.3.4 rendering issue and xaml of the related parts is in the zip.

Sample Solution reproducing the problem.

I moved the xaml to a sample solution and stripped out some unnecessary elements like converters.

I have some more info, I can only repro it on and iOS 9 device. When I run it on an iOS 10 device or emulator everything is fine.
