RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 44573

Description Jeff Ward 2017-02-15 23:09:46 UTC
We would like to be able to create a binding project that references, but does not create bindings for, a .aar. This would basically be the same as the EmbeddedReferenceJar build action, except for aars instead (EmbeddedReferenceZip?).

In our praticular circumstance, we're creating a native library that abstracts several login providers, including twitter, and references the twitter aar. The C# code only uses our library, and therefore does not need to understand anything about the twitter aar.

This sounds, fundamentally, the same issue as what was reported in https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=44573.
