Problem creating sub project UWP

In the latest VS17 (4.6.01586) with Xamarin (4.3.0.664) creating a blank template results in an error (see attachment).

Reproduction Steps:
1) Start VS2017
2) Go to File > New Project > Cross Platform App
3) Select Blank App / Native

Trying again gives me a more specific error:
"Unable to copy the file 'Windows_TemporaryKey.pfx' from the project template to the project. Cannot find file 'C:\Path\Windows_TemporaryKey.pfx'"
Comment 2 Joaquin Jares 2017-02-14 14:45:11 UTC
This has been fixed and will be available in the next release.
