Sample showing issue
When using a ListView, if a label has text that contains newlines, we get different behavior on each platform.
On iOs: The cell doesn’t expand, it ignores the bottom padding set, and the last item is cut at the bottom of the cell.
On Android: The cell doesn’t expand, it keeps the bottom padding, and removes part of the string that won’t fit.
On Windows UWP: The Cell expands to fit the entire string, and keeps the bottom padding
Note that if HasUnevenRows is set to TRUE, on all platforms the cell will expand and show the full string, and keep the bottom padding.
Is this the expected behavior when a ListView contains a cell with a label that has a string containing newlines?
This was tested on the latest version (184.108.40.206) as well as the latest preview version (220.127.116.11).
This is the expected behavior.
