Testing Environment:

OS:
      •	Windows 10.
      •	Version 1067.
      •	Build 14393.607.
Visual Studio and Xamarin:
      •	VS 2017 RC Enterprise.
      •	Xamarin For VS 4.3.0.550.
      •	Xamarin Profiler 1.0.4

Pre -Requisites: Build and Deploy Xamarin Application into Android Emulator

Repro:
1.Launch Xamarin profiler through Visual Studio.
2.Navigate to the "General" tab and select any instrument tab from the existing "Available Instruments" from "Choose an Instrument Template" window.
3.Navigate to the quick access tool bar and try to access the "Stop Profiling" and "Pause Profiling" buttons below the menu bar.

Actual Result:
Unable to access the "Stop Profiling" and "Pause Profiling" buttons below the menu bar while navigating with keyboard.

Expected Result:
User should be able to access the “Stop Profiling" and "Pause Profiling" buttons below the menu bar while navigating with keyboard.

Suggested Fix:
The Is Keyboard Focusable and Has Keyboard Focus must be "True".

User Impact:
Users with visual and/or motor impairments who rely on keyboard may find it difficult when the UI elements are not accessible while navigating with the tab to use the Application.

VF per Salieu Njie on 7/8/17. Updating BZ as their contractor did not have access permissions to change the bug state.
