Testing Environment:

 OS: 
      •	Windows 10.
      •	Version 1067.
      •	Build 14393.607.
Visual Studio and Xamarin:
      •	VS 2017 RC Enterprise.
      •	Xamarin For VS 4.3.0.550.
      •	Xamarin Inspector 1.0

Pre -Requisites: Build and Deploy Xamarin Application into Android Emulator

Repro:
     1.Launch Xamarin profiler through Visual Studio.
     2.Navigate to "Choose an Instrument Template" window at LHS pane. 
     3.Try to access the "General" and "Advanced" tabs with keyboard.

Actual:
     Unable to access the "General" and "Advanced" tabs using keyboard.

Expected: 

User should be able to access the "General" and "Advanced" tabs while navigating with keyboard.

User Impact:

Visually impaired users who are dependent on keyboard navigation find difficult when the UI elements are not accessible while navigating through the application.

Bug is retested and verified in below configuration:
Build Info:
Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 Update3
Xamarin Profiler Version- XamarinProfiler.Windows.Installer.1.3.1-116
Xamarin iOS Version-xamarin.ios-10.8.0.7pckg

Actual Result-Moves from one control to next control like Target to Options or Options to Target user has to use the arrow keys
if user want to switch between control's available control use tabs
