Repro Steps:
Scenario 1:
1. Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2. Open File+New Project+Select "Crossplatform" from the Left Pane
3. Select "Cross Platform App"."New Crossplatform" window opens
4. Select "Blank App" 
5. Press Ok button
6.Open Tools-->Settings-
7. Select Xamarin from Left Navigation Options and expand. 
8. Select "iOS Settings". 
9. Tab to "Find Xamarin Mac Agent". "Xamarin Mac Agent window Opens"(make sure that atleast one mac is connected)
10. tab to "Connect" button and press Enter
11. Tab to "Password" field and observe Narrator announcement

Scenario2:
1. Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2. Open File+New Project+Select "Crossplatform" from the Left Pane
3. Select "Cross Platform App"."New Crossplatform" window opens
4. Select "Blank App" 
5. Press Ok button
6. Solution Window Appears at Right pane
7. Tab to the "Solution Explorer"
8. Navigate to "Components" and press Shift+F10
9. Xamarin Components appears. Tab to "Login to Xamarin Account" button and press CAPS+Enter
10. Tab to "Password" field

Actual Behavior:
Narrator reads as "No Item In View" when focus is on "Password"

Expected Behavior:
Narrator should read only Name of the field and editing. It Should not read "No Item in View" message


User impact:
It Creates ambiguty to the screen reader users,if narrator reads inappropriate message which is not relevant to the dialog

Scenario 1 is fixed -Narrator is reading password edit field correctly.
In scenario 2, "Component" option is not available in the solution explorer, hence closing the bug.

Verified Windows Version:
Windows 10 Pro RS3
OS Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.15)
 
Verified Visual Studio Build:
Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 d15prerel
Version 15.5.0 Preview 3.0 [27031.3000.d15prerel] 
Xamarin version: 4.8.0.713(f0e7af2)
