Narrator buddy log

Repro Steps:
1. Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2. Open File+New Project+Select "Crossplatform" from the Left Pane
3. Select "Cross Platform App"."New Crossplatform" window opens
4. Select "Blank App"
5. Press Ok button
6. Open Tools-->Options
7. "Options" window opens. Navigate to "Xamarin" and expand.
8. Select "iOS Settings"
9. Change Narrator mode to "Item Mode" using CAPS+up/down arrow keys
10. Tab to "Find xamarin Mac agent" button and press CAPS+Enter Key
11. "Xamarin Mac Agent Instructions" window opens.
12. Now using CAPS+Right arrow key read from the Title of the window

Actual Behavior:
The Focus order is
Title-->System-->Close Button-->"To use…" text-->Step 1 of 3 text"-->On your mac text-->"and the open the sharing …." text

When user press Caps+Right arrow from "and the open the sharing …." text Narrator Focus is moving to "Step 2 of " text.
Similarly the narrator focus reading all the elements in "Step 2 of 3" page and "Step 3 of 3" page without user enters into that particular page

Note: This issue is observe in all Windows/Screens of Xamarin

Expected Behavior:
Narrator should read only the elements in "Step 1 of 3" region only.

User impact:
User will loss the context of the current screen if narrator is reading the hidden elements.
